| Day 2 -- the Soo to Thunder Bay We stopped at Lake Superior Provincial Park for Lunch --- couldn't pass up Katherine Cove Picnic Area! and... finally.... arrived at sunset in time to visit the Terry Fox Memorial -- the place he was forced to end his run across the country. In the morning we took a few minutes to see Kakabecka Falls .... impressive -- the color is due to the chemicals in the bogs upstream. NN |
