Hello everyone,our first day in Oaxaca Mexico was not a good experience once we collected our bags and pay for our ride to the BB we headed to the cab stand they call them collectivo's here. We were directed to a van which had already had seven people and with us nine.our collectivo did not have air condition and all the windows were open the guy in the front passenger seat was so pissing drunk every time the van stopped he opened the door and vomited this went on for about 20 minutes.our drive inform us that he could not take us right to our door because the taxis had the down town area blocked another protest here in Oaxaca for more money we had to carry our bags three blocks we had four total and I camera bag and two back backs temperature 89' and hot and humid.our BB was a wonderful sight we were happy that we had arrive we are staying in a beautiful bed and breakfast and the help are very nice we have Christiana and ruffian.the zocalo was as pleasant a place to be as always the good rest of the day made up for the bad start we still love Oaxaca Mexico
