Kingma Summer 2012 RV trip down east travel blog

Today we woke up to some drizzling rain but it did not hamper us from heading to the beach. The wonderful red sanded beach is only 10 paces away from our camper. So, we donned rain coats and went exploring. The kids found a dead jellyfish that was poked proded, and photographed until it was returned to the ocean.

Mom got some great beach pictures. It was a wonderful time despite the weather.

After lunch, when required to leave the campsite we headed back to the McLellan home.

We had a bbq and the kids all got to know each other some more. There is a neat age range in this home in relation to our kids and everybody seems to get along great.

Jer has become known as the baby whisperer. Little four month old Madelyn falls asleep every time he holds her. He has mastered the art of rubbing her little bald head to calm her.

Tomorrow we look forward to a day at Cabot beach with both families
