| We arrived in Truro last night around 10:45pm. Children were all asleep in their jammies, what a great way to travel! We just plugged in at the Papa's, had a little visit then went to sleep. Papa and oma have two very cute 6 week old puppies. We always know where Cadence is, she has been mothering them since she woke up this morning. Mommy put the little girl puppy, Shiloh, in bed with Cadence to wake her up. I should have taken a picture of her face when she saw the puppy. Very cute! On the agenda today....get air conditioners in RV serviced. Can you believe they come to your driveway here? They are coming just after lunch. We are scheduled in for an oil change at 4pm as well. We were very low in oil and when Papa checked it he said it was very grimy so better to get it done so as not to harm the RV. The fixing of the laptop is on its way to being done. A call has been made with this regard. A friend of the family came out this morning and fixed the generator problem. Apparently the gas switch was turned to off. We never would have found it if he had not have shown us. It is good to know we have a working generator now as there is a beach in PEI where they let you dry camp. We are looking forward to doing that now. It has been a great journey so far. We feel blessed to have been given the opporunity to travel in this RV. It is really working out well for our kids. We are having lots of fun. I can not wait to post some pictures once the laptop is fixed, which will be on Friday |
