| We took the scenic route to Whitecourt, AB. Came up on route 22 and bypassed Edmonton. Starting to see fewer homes and more open land, and Harriet spotted a Moose. We stopped for fuel in Whitecourt and the guy who was filling his car next to us started talking to me. Found out his wife is from Peoria. He and his wife live in Canada but maintained their U.S. Citizenship. We are looking forward to arriving in Dawson Creek tomorrow, it will be nice to stay in one spot for a couple of days. No wyfi at this RV park so no contact with anyone this evening. Stayed at the Lyons Club Campgrounds - They had warnings about keeping food put away because of the Bears! 1056-1057 |
