Friends
| Woke up to a beautiful day today and after a late Sunday breakfast, walked down to the beach. Tide was in and there was a good number of people enjoying the sun and sand. Spent the day between walks, beach and pool. We had also decided to return to our favorite restaurant to give them one of the little koalas we have as a souvenir. When we arrived we asked to see Dad. We were waiting a while and I thought he must be busy in the kitchen when he arrives from the other direction wearing an apron with the Australian flag on it! We had a good laugh and he explained some other travellers had given it to him. We sat and had a drink and a chat with Mum and Dad, Clementine was off for the day. Meeting people like this is one of the best parts of travel. |
