Crossroads Rally in Texas and Rocks in Moab travel blog

We left Amarillo early as the wind was blowing and wanted to get moving. The first hundred miles the wind was dead on the nose so did not effect us much except for using lots of fuel. The rest of the trip, about 180 miles, it was all over and just enough to be a pain. Just after noon we arrived and set up in the park. I must say I a disappointed in this KOA campground. I assumed there would be more grass and trees by the pictures on the website. Our site has none of it. :(

Well we will make the best of it for the five nights we are here. We will make a plan of things to see while we are here.

I posted lots of canyon pictures
