Who could resist a daughter's asking for one more short visit before I left Europe. I took a late flight to Dusseldorf where Ginny, Chuck, and Chelsea picked me up around 11pm and drove back to their home in Susterseel. I distributed gifts, Ginny and I talked til 2am, and after a 4 hour nap, were back up at 6am and heading to the Dusseldorf airport again. I had a pleasant flight across the Atlantic and napped 3-4 hours. Delta fed us about every 3 hours so we would not get dehydrated, tired, and heaven help them, cranky. When I got to Atlanta, I found a cab, driver predictably Ethiopian, and found out why I usually take Marta to the $$$ airport. A good trip, glad to be home, and have already started summer classes at Georgia Piedmont (formerly DeKalb) Technical College. Don't know where I'll go next -- Calloway Gardens for an Agnes Scott class mini-reunion in June for a start, but definitely Europe again. So much to see, so much to do. and next time, I'll have an iPad along to get pictures up for you all.
