Today we bought a daily tram ticket so we could hop on and off as we wished, and we could travel a little further outside the centre. Went along the river where a number of warehouses have been converted to a modern outlet centre. Here were all the well known brands (and a few I had never heard of) offering big discounts on their lines. Didn't buy anything but enjoyed the walk along the River Garonne, although it was looking a bit dirty and carrying a lot of trees and debris in its fast moving current. Also went across the river (via the tram) and visited the botanical gardens there, and also enjoyed a view of the city from a different angle.
