Day 15: Once again washed windows, floors and all outside boots to get rid of some of the red dirt before setting off to do some shopping and refueling the car ready for the next stage. We bought 165litres at a total cost of $273.00, hope this doesn’t happen too often. Pete and Jen picked us up to go out for a lovely lunch and some sightseeing around the Alice for the afternoon. The highlight was the Alice Springs Telegraph Station. It was very interesting and was made even more so by meeting Alec Ross who lived there when it was made into an Aboriginal Home for children.
