Update for Saturday May 19th.
Again it was an easy drive from Lethbridge, Ab. to Whitecourt,Ab.. The highways were just like US interstates. I drove at 100 to 110 kph. Thats 65 to 70 mph.
Deceided to stay at a campground instead of a walmart. The campground was run by the Whitecourt City and Lions club. It was a very nice place.
Madeeggs bacon for dinner and did some laundry.
When we got up the next morning it was 28 degrees outside. I replaced my shorts with pants again.
I just read on forum I am monitoring that in Dawson City, Yk. Canada there is 2 feet of snow on the Top of the World highway which leads from Dawson City to Chicken, Alaska. I have 7 days before I have to travel it.
Tomorrow its Whitecourt, Ab. to Pink Mountain, BC.
