| We are still in Fredericton and we will be here until the end of June. We have the dumpster filled and it will likely be picked up Friday or Monday. The house is empty except for a piano, washer and dryer, and one bed which is an adjustable bed with some value. The piano has been spoken for but not yet picked up. Geraldine's car is parked at the McEwing's home and will put online to see if we can get more for it than the dealer is willing to offer. It is a 2007 Ford Focus with only 10,000 kilometers on the odometer and it is in excellent shape. All of us are exhausted but tomorrow we will be able to relax and wait to see what happens with the house. A broker/flipper looked at the house this morning and said he thought it would take $50,000 to get into shape for sale. He said he would consult with his partners and probably make an offer. It is to much to hope for I guess to think an acceptable offer would be made this quickly, but can hope anyway. That is all for now. Ross & Marge |
