| Hi Everyone! What a long flight home. Over 24 hours! We are all exhausted, but we will never forget the amazing experiences we had on our trip. Simply unforgettable. Megan Hey! What a great trip! I wish it didn’t have to end so soon, but I know I will relive it every time a friend asks me how it went. I saw things I never thought I would see and grew even closer to the friends that joined me. I’m already thinking about where in the world I might go next! Zach What…A…TRIP!! Unfortunately, my friends and I have made it back to the states, but we’ve got quite a few good memories with us! It’s hard to pick a favorite… between Safari, Shark Diving, Soweto Gospel Choir and a Music Festival, who could decide? But after it’s all said and done I have to say my favorite was the Marimba Festival. I think I may be slightly biased because of me being a percussionist but that doesn’t change the fact that it was incredible. But what wasn’t on this trip? That’s right, nothing. It was all amazing. Basically what I’m trying to say is, go to South Africa! It’s a gorgeous place with lots of cool things going on. And if you go, don’t stick in one place but get around the country, it’s big place with lots to do and see. So yeah, go! Signing out, Noah Such an amazing trip!!! This trip may have been tiring with all of the cool stuff we were doing throughout the week, but it was by far the best out of the country experience I have ever had. South Africa had so much to offer with all of the musical events and the very cool restaurants. The food was amazing everywhere we went, the communities were so inviting. I don't think I could come up with one thing that I liked the most, I mean who could? It was all so much fun!!! I am beat from our flight. Never been on an airplane for over 24 hours. I slept a lot but, I still feel exhausted. Time to catch a ride home and hit the bed. See ya, Haley |
