After a short rain, the sun came out this morning and we delivered the Birding/Tidepool posters to hotels in the Bandon area. After lunch, we picked up Grant and Kathy and enjoyed an afternoon of birding: North Lane, Coquille, 42S, Bradley Lake, South Jetty. We saw a White-tailed Kite, which was really neat.

We also tested our scope against the 300mm lens with the 2x extender. It was interesting, the scope was much better than the camera lens using the digiscope.
