| Playing our best game yet we ran all overnFossano and won 3-0. That meant Juventus had to beat Genoa by 4 but that did not happen. They won 1-0 so we gain first by our plus 6 goal difference ( to their plus 3. In the first half goals were scored by Sean Tiexeira after 5 consecutive passes down field. Kevin Coleman had the assist. The Tom Golden gave us then2 goal lead before the half. Early in the second half Region 1 sealed the match on a corner kick. The service was by Kevin Coleman and the header for the goal by Mason Deeds. Zach McMurrer got the shutout (our 3rd straight) We play in the quarter final tomorrow and as of this writing are still waiting to find out who .. All players remain healthy and are ready for the next stage of the tournament .. Kick off tomorrow is 11 am local time. |
