Anguillara on Lake Bracciana! First stop when we thought we were going...

I started the day off by an uphill, cross training workout, gardening and weeding the potatoes. Tosi asked would you like to walk the beach? Duh!!! Laura, Sarah, Tosi and I jumped in the car... Had to go Bracciana to the uficio postale (post office)...apparantly the p.o. Is a major pain in the cullo! You have to take a number like at the publix deli! Either way, I took the car down to the gelato shop with Laura and Sara ! Tosi met us there, and we needed to head home as her son needed to get to the hospital to begin his leg treatments. Like changing tires at the Daytona 500...we got home, spruced up and we were off to Roma! Tosi dropped us off at Piazza di Popola.... The other ladies wanted to shop down Via Del Corso... I figured I would tag along, familiarize myself with the city...as I plan to stay there for 3 nights or so on my own! Mission accomplished...handy dandy map in hand.... No problem! We had a long lunch on a side street cafe, persiamo (we got lost ??? Lol), visited Trevi Fountain, another cafe, off to Piazza di Spanga, up the steps to meet Tosi, so she could pick us up! Bought some earrings on the street, leggings at h&m, and a necklace .... Very excited that I did not spend the $$$ on the handmade ring I wanted yesterday from The Infamous Carlo Vittali!!!! LOL! Got home, grabbed a bite and went to bed! Buona notte!!
