Passport America Rally in Lousiana travel blog

We are now in Clarksboro, New Jersey at the Timberlane RV Park. This the most convenient campground for visiting friends and family here in New Jersey. The drive from College Park, Maryland to Clarksboro was 129 miles and took us just under 2.5 hours.

The traffic was relatively light everywhere and the roads are pretty good. The roads should be good because the tolls to cross Maryland and Delaware were fifty five dollars.

Our stay in Clarksboro will only be two nights and very early Thursday morning we will leave for Foxboro, Massachusetts where we will stay at the Normandy Farm RV Resort since the campground we normally use does not open until May 1. We will visit our two grandchildren attending Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts where we will also pick up a mail delivery from San Ramon.

This is the part of the entire trip Ross dreads because the traffic in North Jersey and around New York City is brutal. The roads are not all in the best of shape and the signs are at times confusing. Thank goodness for GPS. We expect the drive will take at least 6 hours which means a very long and tiring day.

That is all for now,

Ross & Marge
