The yard in Bishop.

PINE LAKES CAMPRGROUND BISHOP,GA 4/21/12

Our first morning in Georgia started about 0800. We both slept in. Had a liesurely breakfast, then I did the journal for Friday. Our friends, Fran and Jack Olsen, the people who bought my Cessna 210 eleven years ago, came by to take us to lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Watkinsville. We followed them up there in the Honda, since they had other errands to run after lunch. While having lunch, Jack told me has scheduled a flight for me, in a World War II Stearman trainer, at 5 PM tomorrow. It belongs to a friend of his who has an airstrip on his farm near where Jack and Fran live. What a great birthday present. I am looking forward to that.

Then we went to Sam's club to do a little shopping, then to my son Tom's house and visited for a while and he offered to cook a spaghetti supper for us, which we gladly accepted. His wife, Celia, is out or town, returning tomorrow (Sunday). We came back to the coach for a while then went back over there for supper. It was an enjoyable afternoon and evening.

We were back home before 8 and found a good movie to watch on Direct TV. Just before we went to bed, some light rain started falling. It was still falling when I went to sleep.
