You are definitely a “see again” place. Go GIANTS!!!! Officially on our way home now, we are taking Highway 101 north to Crescent City, stopping along the way to see the Northern Californian Redwood trees. Highway 101 is also known, at least this stretch of it, as the Redwood Highway. One highly recommended scenic drive just off 101 is The Avenue of the Giants, a 30 mile detour right through the middle of this lovely redwood forested state park. The trees are magnificent and well worth going out of one’s way to see. |
