We got it all in the back of the jeep.
On our way to Milan. Dutch came over and gave us a ride to the airport. We are applying the lessons we learned form last trip to keep our bags small and few. We are all packed for 6 weeks in two suitcases and two carry-on bags.
Flew to Newark in an uneventful flight, had a small layover, then headed out to Milan.
We were flying business class, which was very comfortable--good food, good wine, and a comfortable flight. We were in one of the quietest first class cabins in a long time. Maybe because they were flying to Milan, the Italian city that means business, these folks were veery businesslike.
