Vern & Mary's Excellent RV Adventure travel blog

Can't believe how nice the weather has been, I don't think we've had any rain since we left Montana a month ago and the last couple of weeks it has been in the 70's and 80's during the day and 50's and 60's at night. Only a sixty mile drive down to Ron & Georgia's today, mostly state highways and county roads through mostly agricultural farm land. Ron is a part time tour bus driver, he left last Wednesday for New York and should be home some time tomorrow evening. They have a beautiful home they had built on 40 acres out in the country, Ron has a shop that would be the envy of any guy who likes to putz. While Mary and Georgia got caught up with the latest while I washed the bugs off the front of the coach, washed the Cobalt and installed the mounting brackets for the Rock guard that I bought on e-bay and had shipped here. Our poor little Cobalt looks like something out of the Mad Max movie with the rock guard installed.
