Left A Wonderful Rally

From Westcliff COE Park - Belton, TX

Just a quick note to say that we had a wonderful time at the Hill Country Hideaway Rally and visited with some old friends and made some new. But we have moved on and are in Belton, TX for a couple of days to check in on my step dad who is in the hospital in Temple. Glad to say he is doing so much better than the last time we saw him and may actually be going home next week.

We are staying at a Corps of Engineer park on Belton Lake. There are not a lot of sites in the park, but we are in a pull thru right at the lake's edge. The view out the rear and side windows of the lake is very pleasant and enjoyable. Would definitely consider this park again if we were back in this area.

Will be leaving here on Saturday and returning to our "home base" park in Pearland.
