RAIN IN RADDA!!
We can't leave in this rain!
We woke up to espresso, an egg dish that Molly retrieved out of a Tuscan cooking cookbook, champagne , fresh fruit. Since our plans of exploring the area and doing a wine
tasting at the Castello di Meleto with our infamous wine officianado, Anthony......what better way to wait out the storm! Oh, uncork another... Finest sound in the hills of Tuscany in the rain!!! We ended showing the area to Sandra and Paul later in the afternoon... I was comfortably contortioned in the trunk ( of sorts) but if I craned my neck around, lo and behold, I viewed the ( whatever they were talking about?) seconds later as I was in the rear, therefore .... We already passed it!! Too funny, just blessed to be here... Put me in a wheelcart, and I would make do!!! We went to the coolest little town, Vertine , not much going on, but some very cool architecture ! Headed on, few more photo stops,...." remember, get Patti out of the trunk!!!!" LOL! Had dinner at a nice restaurant in Radda... Home bound, pajama bound, zzzzzz time! Wine, champagne, grappa..... Caio!!!!!!
