The "Daddy-do" List that I mentioned yesterday is shorter tonight!

Glen replaced/installed two light fixtures today. He used the weed-eater in the yard (while someone else mowed); sanded two window sills, prepping for painting.

This morning he took the motorhome to a mechanic in Ft. Smith to have the air conditioning system checked. I think I mentioned previously that the a/c was not cooling on trip to here. The good news: the compressor is still working. There was no freon in the system which means there is a leak somewhere. New freon and dye was added. The dye will show where the leak is located.

When he returned to our parking site he decided to just wash the motorhome...the entire thing...all by himself.

While he was gone with the motorhome I was at our daughter's. Last week was 'spring break' for them. There were several extra boys in and out all week. Needless to say chores/laundry had been ignored. I found the floor in each of the boy's bedrooms :}. I did at least eight loads of laundry and folded and placed into stacks. When Brady and Tanner came home they put away all the laundry before they did anything else!

Wow! this is more work in one day that we have done in a long time:}:}We can hardly move!

We plan on staying here until Monday unless...our plans change. Isn't that profound!

My sister in central Missouri had a four-wheeler accident on their farm yesterday. The results: a broken collarbone (arm in sling); lots of bruising, and a banged-up knee. She says the knee is hurting worse than the collarbone right now. And...her husband just came home from hospital Monday where he had had heart valve replacement surgery.

I am going to check with my sister tomorrow to see if they want/need us to come for whatever assistance we can give. They have 2 sons and daughter-in-laws very close by but they all work, of course.

Well, we are worn out. It's time for the Land of Nod, shut-eye, a visit from the sandman. Good night.
