I know it has been over a week since my last post. We are so busy trying to cram every minute of Florida into each day, and I have to sleep a little bit. We do love it here, but we are ready to head back north for a few months and see our kids and grandkids and our TL buddies.

The weather here is really warming up. Highs in the mid to upper 80's each day. We have run the air conditioner a lot lately. But it is still great here.

We have watched almost every March Madness boys and girls basketball game on tv. In fact, I'm now ready for that season to be over. I predict that Baylor women and Kentucky men will win their championships. We'll see......

We did go play bingo last night for the last time this season. Jackie hit one by himself for $36.00. I came close, but not close enough.

Tonight we went to Wednesday night banana splits for the last time. We had a pretty good crowd even though many people have already gone home for the summer.

This time next week we will be all hooked up and ready to head out bright and early.

Today we went with Fred and Shirley to Disney World for lunch and some exploring. We started at the Boardwalk for lunch at the ESPN lounge. I had an Italian Hotdog with fries that was yummy. Jackie had a Home Run Hotdog with cucumber salad. We originally said we would share so we could taste each others order, but we never got around to it.

We were stuffed when we left, so we walked some on the boardwalk. I found a really cute t-shirt for Kaleb at one of the shops.

Then we boarded a boat and rode over to the Hollywood Studios and the Swan and Dolphin Hotel and back. Then we drove to the Grand Floridian Resort. WOW!!! That is some swanky place. We went inside the main hotel and looked around and got on the monorail and rode it around for a while. It was very exciting.

Then we drove to Animal Kingdom Resort. That was pretty spectacular too! The lobby was breathtaking. All of the Disney resorts are decorated so beautifully. I am still in awe of all we saw today. I took some pictures, but believe me, they do not do justice to the real thing.

When we got back home we said our goodbyes to Fred and Shirley as they are heading home to Arkansas in the morning.

Tomorrow we are having a supper get-together with some of our friends that are leaving next week also.

Just another day in paradise!!!! Until next time...God bless you all.....
