Marisa and Carm

Yesterday was a busy day. We started the day off by giving Bob a ride to the airport. He was flying home from West Palm Beach. Traffic was heavy, and we ran through rain at multiple times in our travels. We picked Wily and Marisa up at Boca Raton shortly after noon and started south west to visit friends Mel and Janis, and Dave and Carmen. They are both in the Naples area, about a three hour drive from Juno Beach. We visited two beautiful homes, one on a golf course and one on the canal system at Cape Coral complete with private dock and boat lift. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Cape. It's hard to imagine eight Oak Ridgians meeting up for dinner so far from home. We had a great visit over dinner and then returned to Dave and Carm's for a house tour and delicious deserts. We arrived back at Janis and Mel's place at about 1AM.

This morning I am dog sitting. The girls went mall shopping. The boys are golfing. My arthritis bothers me when golfing, so I decided to rest and recuperate in case we have another late one tonight. We are all meeting for happy hour this afternoon and then dinner at Mel's golf club. We are having a wonderful visit.
