The weekend really flew by; we drove to Clackamas on Friday and packed things to bring back to the trailer. The drive was really tense, we had torrential rains most of the way. It was really good to pull into the driveway.
On Saturday we saw two of our granddaughter's basketball games (her team 'St. Agatha Storm' won both games)! After the second game we went to lunch at Oaks Bottom Pub with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. They have really good sandwiches!
We finally got on the road late Saturday afternoon and got back to the RV Park early evening.
On Sunday our son and family drove down and met Sharon and me in Astoria at the Silver Salmon Grille. Another good meal, I had their Oyster Stew; something that is surprisingly hard to find, even along the Coast. It wasn't a traditional Oyster Stew but was very good. I think everyone was satisfied with what they ordered. Afterward we returned to our trailer for the rest of the afternoon until time for them to leave for the drive back to Portland.
Today was a down day, we spent most of the day in the trailer listening to the rain.
