On another note, watch out Dean Karnazes here comes Andre...bike, uphill with a headwind, "5k" running road race, bike, uphill with a head wind back home, then bike back into town, uphill (again) and with a headwind (again)! Oh and did we mention he came in 2nd after the elite runners flown in to rig the race!
Isla is awesome. Thank you so much Al and Cliffa for opening up your home to us and to Brad and Tiffany for taking us in when we showed up at your door in Isla.
Made it here for Carnival, which is great. Dancers everywhere! Of ALL ages, shapes, sizes, genders...
Have met some great people already. It´s hot! Off to Cuba tomorrow!
