| If you didn't already guess, I found a ski hill! Map location is close but incorrect...I'm staying in a tiny mountain town named Gimmelwald, about a 30 minute trip south from Interlaken. And the snow? Utterly fantastic, up to two feet of powder. Not too steep but perfect for cutting rogue trails through the soft stuff. Tomorrow I will catch first chair and hope for a clear sky at the top. Naturally I'm extending my stay here...Munich on Saturday. |
