Foggy drive today
| Pulled out of Portland in the fog and drove for 4 hours in it, never seen the sun until our exit . As we came thru Eugene everything was covered in a heavy white frost from the ice fog they had last night ,very pretty .This continued for about an hour where the rest area just happened to be, yep it was really really cold . Every night we check the weather and it shows we will be entering warmer temperatures and so far those weather people are still lying like they always do !! Seven Feathers Casino Resort is very nice indeed ,especially their new RV campground . Donated a few bucks at their casino to help subsidize their cheap rib-eye steak dinners and picked up cheap fuel here . This is a must stop if passing thru . Temp 2 - 4 Brrrrr , but we found the sun . |
