| It is just georgeous here today. 73 degrees and sunshine galore. Now this is what I've been looking for. Yesterday we stayed in and watched football all day. We did have the front door open for awhile, but not for long as it was a little too chilly. Today, the air conditioner is going....go figure... I've been cooking more than is good for me, so we are trying to eat up all the leftovers. I've got to quit all this cooking before it becomes a habit. This morning we went to church again at Lagoon Baptist Church just down the road from the park. I really like the people there, they are very friendly and we will miss them. The pastor is great and I wish we could just take him to Florida with us. But I'm sure we will find a good church there too. This morning he spoke on Mary and what it meant back in those days for a young girl to be found pregnant and not married. He gave us a very interesting insight to the history of the Hebrew people. Okay, we can't get the Dallas Cowboys game down here. Not fair at all! We haven't seen them play since we've been here. Will it be that way in Florida too??? Oh well, we'll just have to watch Tim Tebow. Hope you all have a blessed Sunday afternoon. We are having pizza for lunch and maybe sit outside and enjoy our last Sunday here.......Till next time......:)) |
