Our final stop on our travels was in Holland, where we spent the last few days of our trip with Eric's uncle, aunt, and cousins. The weather was quite un-Dutch (warm and sunny versus the usual cold and rainy), and as a result, we made a trip to the beach (who needs the Mediterranean?!?). Oh yeah, the North Sea is very cold, but we enjoyed laying around on the beach. We hung around with Eric's family in the towns of Naarden and Bussum for a couple of days; and then, on our last day, we ventured into Amsterdam so Eric could have his favorite meal of all-time - the frikandel.
