On the road again!!!2 Nov 2011

| Today we woke up just after seven to find it raining. Looks like we leaving at the right time. We got ourselves ready and packed up after our morning tea and left the park. We went into town to have some breakfast at a place we have walked past everyday for 5days now. Very nice bacon, toast, egg, tomato and hash browns! We then went to pick up an onion and garlic dish Colz saw in a shop that was closed yesterday due to the shop being flooded when during the previous night the Indian restaurant next door burst a pipe. Apparently it is not the first time and the lady in the store was not too happy! We then jumped in the van and headed for Christchurch. Not too much to tell you other than we spent a good 5hrs on the road again and then navigated our way through heavy traffic before we got to the campsite. We are returning the van tomorrow and then will spend the night in a hotel near the airports we can catch our flight to Auckland the next day with minimum hassle. The one funny part of the journey occurred when we went through steep pass where we had to literally do multiple U turns around bends and every time the GPS would confuse herself and say , "make a U turn where possible",then when we went round again, "re calculating!" It was very funny and we both enjoyed getting a bit of revenge on the Biatch! Other than that a pretty normal day. Getting very excited for Bora-Bora and the sunshine.
