Today, we took the train to Lucca, in hopes to travel from there to a village where Ron's family was from. But there was only one bus from Lucca to the village and no guarantee we would have transportation back. So we wandered around Lucca, an ancient walled city. In the evening upon return to Monterosso, we walked along the shore and viewed a beautiful sunset.
