Illinois corn field
| Today was a long drive, with not much to see other than clouds and more corn fields. We're getting closer to home now, and the beautiful scenery is far behind us. We arrived in Columbus about 6:30pm. After we got the power hooked up, we freshened up and drove to meet Dan's cousins, Barbara and Rick, and their spouses for dinner. Had a very nice time laughing and listening to stories about their childhood and going through old photos. Then it was back to BART for a good night's sleep. |
