Loyola - Ignatius' HometownOct 16, 2011 |

| We boarded the bus for the one-hour ride to Loyola, and most of us promptly fell asleep. We woke up just in time to see the beautiful basilica as we entered the town. After checking into our rooms, we headed to the chapel on the top floor for our opening Mass. We shared the names of all those who we are praying for on this pilgrimage, our family and friends, those who asked for our prayers, the poor and suffering. And although tired from the outward journey getting here, we embraced the inward journey and prayed for ourselves as a new community of brothers and sisters in Christ. MAP [Bilbao to Loyola] |
