We finished our last days hiking to the Mediterranean, and the heat increased as we neared the sea. The mountaintop villages were our last encounters with the countryside as we descended to the seaside urban centers; Menton was the hike's destination. A great week of hiking ! Lidia & I will spend a few more days in Nice before flying on to England. Happy Trails to Susan, Jennifer, Bunnie & Peter; see you back in Texas.
