Moon Valley. Looks more like the Great Wall of China, Chilean style

Today we visited Death Valley, Salt Canyon and Moon Valley.
The wind and blowing sand on top of Death Valley was just incredible, so strong. We had a sand shower and sandblasted like there was no tomorrow. Went to the top of Death Valley where we were pretty nervous of of being blown over the edge by the wind or very easily losing our new hats. Once in the valley the wind was a lot calmer. We did have to put up with a lot of sun and sand. Got a chance to walk around bare feet and just pretend it was a beach. After a while the sand was getting very hot on the feet. Got a chance to see people sand boarding down the dunes. Just like snowboarding but a tough walk up.
Later went to Salt Canyon. Really interesting geology. Got to see all sorts of salt in the canyon walls as well as the really interesting designs that the melting salt makes in the surrounding canyon walls. Stopped for a while and you could hear the canyon walls cracking all around.
Final stop of the day was the Valley of the Moon. Here we had a chance to experience the wonderful mountains and sand dunes but with the setting sun that produced some really beautiful colours. Pictures just can't do it justice.
