Then it was on to Austin, MN, the home of Hormel and the SPAM Museum. SPAM was created in 1937 by Jay Hormel and is served around the world in 37 countries. Interesting museum with a lot of hands on things.

Gas here was $3.39/gallon, we are now filled and ready to go in the morning.
