We left Henderson, Nebraska at 8 this morning, driving through Iowa and miles and miles of corn, beans, a little wheat, and some Milo. There were also field after field of wind farms, and yes, the wind was blowing! We were lucky enough to have a tail wind all the way, so our mileage for today was 14.57 mpg, and that was pulling the rig!

Got into North Liberty around 3:30, showered and went out to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner – early bird special, and we were there just before 6 pm, when the special is over – it was really good! Fueled up, and checked heaters at Walmart on the way home. A great day.
