Crossed the Mackinac Bridge after stopping by "Big Boy" for lunch. Does anyone remember Big Boy? Its been a long time since we have seen one. We thought they had gone out of business.

Later that evening we arrived at Dave (W8TVC) and Betty (KC8PCQ) Dell. They are ham radio friends of ours. We will be camping in their yard for the night. When we arrived we happened to notice "Old Blue" parked in the back lot. Old Blue is a car that belonged to Keith Farley (WA8ZWJ) another ham radio friend of ours. Old Blue is a 1974 Ford Galaxie 500 that his grandparents bought new in the fall of 1973. How sad to see Old Blue parked there. A few weeks ago Old Blue broke down and it could not be repaired so Old Blue is now buried in the back lot of Dave and Betty's yard.

Then we met up with Dave and Betty's son Mike and his friend Johnny for a great dinner at the Friendly Tavern. We had a good time just was to short of a visit.
