| Monday 1 August 2011 - Ellendale Lake Left Broome ....and travelled 260k east to Ellendale...a peaceful little free camp around a lake...very hard to find but worth it. We had our first swim in a lake...a little scary with the slimmies on the bottom..but fun...but a quick exit was made when a cow decided to swim with us! An open fire was then in order and a magic night with those ever so bright stars filling the sky....hmmmm... Still cant believe we are in the Kimberly...miles from anywhere!! |
