| Back home from Miramar Beach and the SanDestin resort a day early. We had originally planned to spend some time taking it easy following the end of the UAB Symposium, my comprehensive exam and end of semsester drama. Alas, it was not to be - I got engaged again last week. We're in the process of turning the trailer around and heading for Akron, OH. I will start a new job next Wednesday at Akron General Hosptial - this time in a finance support role for their new CFO. The initial read is that the job will last only a couple of months. The weather in FL got hotter as the week went along. The meeting was excellent but the attendance was down - econonmy I guess. Saturday is change over day and the traffic inland was fairly heavy for the first 100 miles. We enjoyed evenings in the Destin RV Resort. Now getting ready for a couple of days of more serious trucking to OH. |
