The water less traveled

I’m heading back now. I need to get a new drivers license. I’m sad to leave or go home.

I now know what it’s like to move in hot peanut butter! Hot and sticky and what a heat index is like. No thanks.

Okay, I lied. I did a daily paddle into the Boundary Waters. I found I can just self-permit at the put-in for a daily permit. It looked like a lake,Kawishiwi Lake, but I want to go farther.

I don’t want to go home! License then off again? Maybe.

So I spent a few nights in Deer River then here I am and leaving a find. As the heat still drains me, I found this little town with a "Free will donation" park with 3 electrical hook-ups. Lions Club thank you.

Don't think there is much to write now. Home is home. Nothing new.

Thank you all for 'riding along' on this journey. I know there will be more to come. I still need to look around Knowlton (Lac Brome) Quebec, Canada.

Next year a trip to the Jersey Shore. I'll need to brush up on the TV show.
