After my back therapy, I stopped by Central Market to get a couple of salads to take over to Donnie Spradley’s house. She had gallbladder surgery yesterday but was feeling well enough to visit a little while.
When I returned home I had a letter from my doctor informing me that I do not have osteoporosis but that I do have osteopenia. He will not give me medications but does recommend that I take at least 1200 mg of calcium a day. I’d rather take supplements than drugs any day.
I'm thankful that I'm still generally healthy.
