One Month till I leave...Phew, the wait is almost over and I really don't know what this jittery nervous scared and excited feeling would be called, everything scrambled together.

So, I haven't been sleeping very well for the past month. It seems to me that my sleeping problem creeping back into my daily routine again. In the past month, I always go to sleep around 4-5 AM, and wake up around 8.30ish with Jayden. NOT healthy and definitely not recommended. I think this last month before my departure to Nepal, I need to get back to my regular sleeping schedule. I saw the daily routine for volunteer work, I have to leave the house by 7.30 that means I have to wake up around 6.00AM.

Oh, last month I went to U2 concert. Damn, that was the best concert I've ever been to. The giant claw stage, the respectful crowd and the power of the band sounded till today. They were amazing! totally off topic but I really need to tell people how great they are. lol

On Wednesday I need to go to the police station to apply for my character certificate letter and after that pretty much buying little things for the trip. I got my sleeping bag already, I decided to go with a sleeping bag liner instead an actual sleeping bag cos the weather would be really hot and humid during my stay. a liner also packs smaller than a sleeping bag. Phew, One more month and I'm out for my volunteer trip. I know deep down it's going to be great and would be all worth it, but I can't get over how nervous I am. I will be out of my comfort zone, away from home and family but I guess it will be a great time to rethink the choices I made in the past, improve my inner self and focus on helping others and maybe finding the sense of spirituality that I have lost too. Soon, I will be able to fill volunteer work resume to apply for Amnesty International office. That was me, Hopeful.
