Farm Visit Jun 27, 2011

I still had to take Steve’s tools back so Carolyn and I went back to the farm to return them. I was hoping Carolyn could see the ground hogs, but we didn’t see any. Steve had said he shot one the day before so don’t know the fate of the little ones. As we drove in, we saw a cardinal, spotted an oriole and saw some wrens. Also had the opportunity to partake of a few blackberries from their tree. Carolyn also got to see all the cats and kittens that Barb has on the farm. They were all pretty friendly and Carolyn had a good time watching the kittens. We took a drive and stopped at Pauline’s farm to look around. It doesn’t have a house on the property, but it does have some buildings left on the place. Then it was back home to get ready for moving tomorrow. Barb is supposed to stop and see our 5th wheel tonight.
