Hello everyone,

Yesterday we crossed into Canada over the Saint Lawrence river we drove 282 miles to Jack and Bev's near Wyevale,Ontario,Canada. We had a great visit with these good friends that we met in Florida. They have a beautiful home, and about 30 acres of land most of it woods, or bush as Jack calls it, with a very nice walking or "gator" driving trail that he built around it. Bev fixed us a nice dinner last night and then we played cards, hand and foot of course.

This morning we had breakfast with jack and Bev and left about 9:00 AM, it was cool and cloudy this morning about 54°. From there we traveled north on highway 400, some of this road is like an interstate, other parts are just to lane and hilly. We even saw a black bear, I believe he was looking for wild strawberries on the edge of the road. We then headed west on highway 17 and stopped at Serpent River Campground. This afternoon the sun came out and was a very nice day, we had a nice walk along the river and relaxed. We traveled about 252 miles today.
