| Day 6 & 7 Took things pretty easy on Saturday. Just went down into the closest town and had brunch. Then stopped at a tie-die fair on the way back to Prospect. It was a little antique type fair with a lot of handmade items. There were a couple of tables I really liked but obviously would have no way to get home. After we left there we stopped by a book and gift shop and I found a picture to bring home. I did buy it but have no idea how I’m going to get it back to Wisconsin! After we left the town we just came back to Dave and Sue’s to relax the rest of the day. I got some laundry done and Brian, Dave and Jordan played a computer game all afternoon. It was one of those involved ones that can take hours to play and then right before the end of it the computer shut down on them – argh! They were so not happy campers. ☺ 1:57pm This morning we went to Prospect Assembly – the church that Dave pastors. It was a nice Sunday School and service. It’s encouraging to me to see the man of God that my man of God came from! Grilled out for lunch after service and am currently stuffed! The boys are going to finish up their game from last night and then we are going to go see the Mill Creek Falls. 6:11pm Just got back from seeing the falls – AWESOME! Got some great video and photos. Walked down and then back up – the up part was a little bit more difficult. Tonight’s our last night here then it’s back in the car headed to the Graves’ for a visit. Time to pack up again… |
