Yesterday we woke up at 6:30 to drive through Canada, through New york and to Massachusetts. It was the longest car ride I've ever been on. we have a lot of stuff in the car so its a tight squeeze. It was really cool just to see all the sights on the way there. On the way we stopped at Niagara Falls. It was nothing like I expected it to be! After that we finished our ride to the hotel. I don't like being in the car so it seemed like forever! when we finally got to the hotel we went to a restaurant called Uno's to get some dinner. It was really good! This morning we got up and had some breakfast, then headed off to six flags. but of course we had to find a Starbucks first:) When we got there, there wasn't very many people there. The creepiest character was Mr. Six ! My favorite ride was "BIZZARO". I went on it two times (hands up the whole time). Riley and Dad both rode some pretty crazy rides, but me and mom stayed back. I think the scariest ride was the Catapult. After what seemed like a long day there we came back to the hotel. At night we just kind of laid back and rested.BY:KATIE Six Flags was a great time. The weather couldn't be more beautiful...sunny and 80 degrees. Adventure was the name of the game. The day started with a ride on the largest roller coaster in the park...the Bizzaro. Jeff and Riley found more adventure by taking a turn on the "sling-shot". If that wasn't enough, the two of them topped of the day by sky-diving on Taz's dare-devil dive. Katie and I were happy watching from the ground. The park was a great little park. Lots of different rides that we have never seen before. The kids went swimming when we returned to the hotel. Early to bed...we have a big "travel" day tomorrow! JEFF'S THOUGHTS: The things I do for my kids. Against all better judgment I accompanied Riley on two crazy-#$#%$# rides which ended up being quite a thrill. Can't believe Riley had the nerve to pull the ripcord on the dare-devil dive. I wouldn't have been able to. That day I taught the kids a valuable life lesson.
